How do I earn a Referral Bonus? For existing customers, you must successfully refer a new customer using your unique referral link during any offer period. For new customers, you must use an existing customer’s unique referral link to open a new Online Savings Account during any offer period. The current offer period is January 1st, 2021 – March 31st, 2021.. Who is an Existing Customer? Who is a New Customer? An existing customer is any individual who currently has an active Marcus Online Savings Account or Certificate of Deposit (CD). A new customer is any individual who has not had a Marcus Online Savings Account or CD in the last 12 months.
